1. INTRODUCTION

This privacy notice provides you with details of how I collect and process your personal data through the use of my site www.counsellingsteps.co.uk, this will be when you email me for advice or to set up a initial enquiry through my related email account : nicolabard@gmail.com.

I, Nicola Bard am the data controller and as such am responsible for your personal data.

I do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

By law I have to keep basic information about my clients (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after you cease being clients for tax purposes.
